The Consultant
25 Years.
One Standard.
Final Finish Miami was built on a simple belief: the finish is the first thing anyone sees, and it should be the last thing anyone has to worry about.
The Story
Built From
the Ground Up
For 25 years, I ran one of the most respected high-end painting companies in Charleston, SC. We worked on the kind of projects where the finish wasn't just expected to be good — it was expected to be perfect. That standard shaped everything about how I work.
When I moved to Miami, I saw the same gap I'd seen my entire career: projects with talented contractors, beautiful materials, and serious budgets — finishing with results that didn't match the investment. Not because the painters were bad. Because nobody was watching the finish.
Final Finish Miami exists to close that gap. I don't paint. I don't hold contracts. I show up at the stage that matters most — the final finish — and I make sure it's right. That's the whole business. And in 25 years, I've never seen anyone else do it quite this way.
"The final finish is the first thing people see. If it's wrong, everything else looks wrong — no matter how good the rest of the work is."

How We Operate
The Principles
Behind the Work
Independence
We hold no painting contracts and employ no painters. Our only allegiance is to the standard — which means our only client is you.
Expertise
25 years overseeing high-end finishing work across hundreds of projects. We know what right looks like — and we know exactly what to look for when it isn't.
Accountability
We don't sign off on work that doesn't meet standard. Every inspection is documented. Every deficiency is addressed before we close a project.
Discretion
Our clients trust us with their homes, their listings, and their reputations. We treat every project with the confidentiality and care that trust demands.
The Philosophy
Every project deserves
someone whose only job
is to get it right.
Let's Work Together.
Whether you need a single-visit inspection or full project oversight, the conversation starts the same way — tell us about your project.
