What We Offer
Services &
Engagement
Two ways to work with Final Finish Miami — both built around one goal: ensuring your project ends at the highest possible standard.
How We Work
Choose Your
Engagement
Option A
Hourly Consultation
Ideal for: Spot checks, second opinions, pre-purchase inspections, or single-visit oversight.
Includes
On-site evaluation of current finish quality
Written assessment of deficiencies
Contractor recommendations and guidance
Follow-up call to review findings
Minimum 2-hour engagement. Travel within Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
Option B
Project Oversight
Ideal for: Full projects where the final finish is non-negotiable — luxury homes, commercial spaces, pre-sale properties.
Includes
Pre-paint surface assessment
Active monitoring at key project stages
Contractor communication and quality benchmarking
Final inspection with documented report
Client sign-off walkthrough
Priced per project based on scope, square footage, and timeline.
The Process
What Project Oversight Looks Like
Initial Consultation
We review the scope of your project — size, surfaces, timeline, and the standard you expect. This can be done in person or remotely.
Pre-Paint Assessment
Before work begins, we evaluate existing conditions: surface prep quality, substrate issues, and any factors that could compromise the final finish.
Active Oversight
We monitor the project at critical stages — primer application, coats, drying intervals, and technique — ensuring standards are maintained throughout.
Final Inspection
A comprehensive walkthrough of every surface, edge, transition, and detail. We identify anything that falls short and ensure it is corrected before sign-off.
Client Sign-Off
You receive a documented summary of the inspection and confirmation that the finish meets the agreed standard. No surprises. No shortcuts.
Clarity of Role
What We
Don't Do
Our value comes from independence. We are not your painter, your contractor, or your project manager. We are the standard-bearer — the one person on the project whose only job is to make sure the finish is right.
We do not hold painting contracts
We do not supply labor or materials
We do not replace your contractor — we hold them accountable
We do not cut corners or sign off on work that doesn't meet standard
"The painter does the work. We make sure the work is done right."
Ready to Protect
Your Project?
Tell us about your project and we'll recommend the right engagement. Hourly or full oversight — both start with a conversation.
